Please join us for SomaFM's 15th Anniversary!

SomaFM is celebrating our 15th Anniversary

SomaFM is celebrating its 15th Anniversary and we want to thank you for your unwavering support! SomaFM is listener-supported, commercial-free, underground/alternative radio, and the reason we made it this far is due to the amazing volunteer DJs and our awesome listeners.

Join us Saturday November 7th, 7pm-1am at the Verdi Club to celebrate! A limited number of tickets are still available at the door. (2424 Mariposa St near Potrero, San Francisco)

We are excited to feature:
HALOU
Artemis
& DJ Dion Garcia spinning 45s

Halou has been featured on SomaFM since the very early days. Although they took a hiatus from recording and touring in 2008, founders Rebecca and Ryan Coseboom started a new project that we've played a lot on SomaFM, Stripmall Architecture. This year, Halou is returning with a great new album and we're excited for them to perform at SomaFM's 15th anniversary project.

Artemis can be described as a "poppier variant of trip-hop". Layered electronica with classic song structures. Featured on several SomaFM channels including Groove Salad, Secret Agent and Lush. Playing along with Artemis is Daniel Berkman (aka Colfax, on Handsonic, cello, looping, electronics) & David Earl (keys & electronics).

Getting the party going will be 7" Soul's DJ Dion "The Watts" Garcia spinning all classic soul 45s, with Rusty Hodge spinning Secret Agent themed vinyl between sets.

Self-service photo booth powered by LAPhotoBooth/Just Wink Photo!

A limited number of tickets are available at the door tonight!
