If you made a payment in error, you can cancel it and we will refund your payment. Please contact us by email at dj@somafm.com. Alternatively, you can call +1 415 552 7662 and let us know the date and name on the transaction.

You may return an unused item and request a refund (less the shipping costs). Please contact us by email at dj@somafm.com for return information.

If you have a recurring payment set up, you can cancel at any time. Follow these instructions to cancel your subscription or contact us by email at dj@somafm.com and let us know the email address you are subscribed as.

If your item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a replacement. Please email at dj@somafm.com and if possible include a photo of the damaged item for our records. We will send you a replacement.
